Say cheesecake!

These are individual cheesecakes I like to get
 to treat myself on that rare occasion.

When you get a sweet tooth and you want just enough for that craving, but don't have time to make something that will tempt you for days, I suggest B's Cheesecake. Mom and I were finishing up her day of doctor appointments when she remembered reading about this local sweets shop off Riverside Drive. We went by and I ran in to check it out. It is a cute little shop with friendly owners and there were a few people sitting at tables enjoying their cakes. The little cheesecakes are just the perfect size, not to mention the flavors! There is so much variety from strawberry to raspberry, chocolate to pecan. Each day is a different surprise of flavors and you can check there Facebook page to see what is available for the day, or just call the bakery.  





Last week I went back and I picked up a few to share with a couple special friends and my family. It is just a way to say you are special. I hope you have a sweet day! Surprising someone with sweets makes me happy and it especially made my daughter happy! These little treats do make the perfect thank you surprise for a friend who might be feeling bad on a certain day. Just the right kind of treat to cheer up any cloudy day!  

 Life is too short not to eat cheesecake!
